Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a refund or replacement if:

The item received is damaged

The wrong item was delivered

The item is defective

Requests must be made within 7 days after receiving the order.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept refunds for:

Change of mind

Used or damaged items caused by the customer

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
